These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of SKYRISE’s managed infrastructure services. By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description SKYRISE provides professionally managed hosting, including Managed Web (WordPress), Cloud Servers (VPS & Bare Metal), Control Panels, and Communication services.

2. Eligibility Clients must provide accurate information and represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of the subscribing entity.

3. Acceptable Use Policy Clients agree not to use the Services for: Spam, phishing, fraud, distribution of malware, or any activities that violate applicable laws. Violation may result in immediate termination.

4. Service Availability While we aim for high availability, service uptime is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions.

5. Fees and Payments Fees are billed according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. No Money-Back Guarantee As we provide a 14-day free trial period for Managed Web and Communication plans, no money-back guarantee is offered. Migration services, VPS, and Dedicated Servers are exempt from both free trials and money-back guarantees due to provisioning costs.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKYRISE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service period.

8. Intellectual Property All SKYRISE branding, software, and systems remain the exclusive property of SKYRISE.

9. Modifications SKYRISE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constituting acceptance.
